The UK�s law re-classifies Cannabis The UK�s law re-classifies Cannabis from a class �B� to a class �C� drug. Instead of arrest and possibly jail, most people found in possession of small quantities of Cannabis will be given a warning, a caution or a summons to court.

WARNING: MISUSE OF DRUGS ACT 1971 By section 6 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 it is an offence to cultivate any plant of the genus Cannabis in the UK without a license from the Secretary of State. Anyone committing an offence contrary to this section may be imprisoned or fined, or both. Potential growers/users are advised against breaking the law.
